During the past three months, the concrete pour for levels 25-29 were completed as well as the structural belt truss system. Curtainwall installation has been completed up to level 20 and will start their belt truss louver installation in January. The drywall/finishes have progressed up to level 10 in the hotel. The exterior hoist is now running up to level 21. Core elevator pits have been completed and railings are installed to level 17. H4/H5 podium elevators have railings up to level 8. Rough in has progressed up to level 17 in the hotel. Testing on level 5 MEP Equipment has started. Temporary heat has been pumping in most of the building,and was definitely needed during those cold days!
The next 3 months include the following activities:
Concrete Structure – Level 29-48
Hoist access – Up to Level 40
Curtainwall – Up to Level 29
Ground Level Facade Start
Core Elevators – Pits complete, railings installed to Level 26
H4/H5 Podium Elevators –Front and Cab Install
Rough in – In Progress up to Level 28 (Residential)
Drywall/Finishes – In Progress up to Level 21 (Hotel)
B2 NSTAR Room Energization (Waiting on NSTAR to make street connections)
MEP Equipment – Start-up, and Testing on Level 25
Behind the scenes the project team continues to coordinate the work required to continue the rise of One Dalton into the Skyline.
