During the past three months, we have hoist access up to 65, canopy finished are in progress, and the curtainwall installation is ongoing. Exterior facade stone completed, with the exception of the hoist bay area. Rails and fronts of core elevators have been complete and EMR/Controls in progress. Gas and DAS utilities are now tied into the building. First and Second floor MEP finishes in progress, MEP rough completed to level 57, drywall is now up to level 48, and elevator lobbies rough and finishes completed to level 45. Slosh damper tank installation complete, BMU installation in progress, and the generator and cooler tower have been installed at rooftop.
The next 3 months include the following activities:
Exterior Hoist – Start the take down process
Curtainwall – Complete (except at hoist and crane tie locations)
Core Elevators – EMR/Controls in progress
S1/S2 Elevators - Final Adjust and Inspection
Canopies in progress
Lobby finishes complete
Podium Amenity spaces complete
Hotel Rooms complete
MEP Rough in – Up to Level 60
Drywall/Finishes – Up to Level 58
Elevator Lobbies Rough and Finishes complete to level 50
Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) commissioned
Custom Residential Units in progress
MEP Start-up and Permanent Power energization in progress
Landscaping paver and sidewalk installation in progress
